Ramside Hall, set in a 220 acre estate by junction 62 of the A1M motorway, is reputed to be the
most popular quality hotel and golf club in Durham. All 80 bedrooms are individually decorated
and luxuriously furnished. The rooms are spacious and peaceful and have large beds. The Deluxe
rooms have spacious bathrooms with whirlpool baths and bathrobes. The outstanding Ramside Golf
Course comprises 3 loops of nine holes and is known as one of the best courses in the
North-East of England. You can even enjoy the best bacon and egg buttie halfway round the
course. The Ramside Golf Clubhouse is magnificent. The luxurious locker rooms have massage
chairs, steam room and sauna. Make use of the driving range and computerised indoor golf
simulator, the golf shop and the billiards room. The conservatory overlooks the 27th green and
has a well-stocked bar and relaxing lounge area. Ramside Hall has the choice of 3 restaurants:
The Restaurant, Grill Room and Pemberton's Rotisserie. The restaurants and the bars are very
