This spacious 18th Century Baroque styled hotel has been totally refurbished in 2002. Entering
through the twin turrets the hotels ambiance is imposing with its ornate twin staircase and
with the original ornate and decorative features in keeping throughout. The Cloisters
restaurant is uniquely situated in the glass covered courtyard of the original buildings.
Superb British cuisine and an extensive wine list covering all the traditional and new world
wines. Large and well appointed bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, featuring furnishings in the
baroque period style of the hotel. Ideally positioned, with central access to Bristol City
Centre, Temple Meads Train station, the M4 and M32 motorways and the A4 to Bath City. New
conferencing facilities and a member of the Forestdale Hotels Group.
